STEVEN TUAN PHAM, ESQ.


Steven Tuan Pham has practiced law in the area of business transaction and commercial litigation, immigration and naturalization law, real estate law, landlord tenant law, and construction defect litigation.  Specifically, Mr. Pham has extensive experience in the areas of immigration and naturalization law, especially in E-2 Treaty Investment Visas, L-1 Intra-company Transfers, EB-1 and EB-2 Employment-based immigrant petitions, Family-based petitions, Adjustment of Status (Green Card Applications), Naturalization, Appealing Denials and Motions to Reopen, Immigration Removal Defense, Asylum Applications, and Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).). In 2006, Mr. Pham had the opportunity to travel to Pakistan to assist in providing US. Immigration Seminars and Consultations. In addition, in 2007, Mr. Pham participated in several high-level discussions with various non-profit organizations and the USCIS in the Houston District Office and in Washington D.C., and effectively advocated for changes regarding immigration and naturalization issues, such as N-648 Medical Disability Waiver reforms and N-648 and Cultural Sensitivity Trainings.

Complementing to his immigration law experience, Mr. Pham has experience in business and real estate transactions in which he had successfully assisted clients in negotiating, drafting contracts, reviewing and evaluating purchasing and selling commercial agreements for strip malls, commercial real properties, motels, and hotels that are valued in the millions. Mr. Pham also represented clients in commercial and construction litigations at various levels. Finally, Mr. Pham also has experience in commercial real estate transaction in which he closed exceeding $1.1 million.

Mr. Pham graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a psychology major and a business administration minor in 1997.  Subsequent to his graduation, Mr. Pham worked as a business and human recourse consultant for Dell Computer, Online Staffing, Inc., Insource Group, Inc., and Kforce Professional Staffing, Inc.  As a business consultant, Mr. Pham successfully managed, recruited, and maintained relationships with executives, hiring managers, and maintained accounts in aggregate of $500,000.  In 2002, Mr. Pham attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.  Mr. Pham graduated from law school in May of 2005 and passed the TX bar in November of 2005.
